Photography of the Main Stage is allowed, Photography in the Play Area is NOT ALLOWED and Photography in all other areas must be done with permission.

You must have a registered press pass to obtain ANY form of media.

ALL individuals and/or organizations interested in obtaining media from this event must be approved, registered and ticketed at the discretion of Arena Studios with the agreement that the privacy of our guests is primary concern and Arena Studios will be given full credit and copies of ALL media.

No Pass = Confiscation of media, an immediate escort off the premises and black listing from all future Arena events. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.

Press Notice of Conditions and Credentials

This working credential is issued to an organization for the sole purpose of providing venue access to an accredited individual who has a legitimate working function in connection with “Black & Blue Ball 13 - EVOLUTION”. The bearer must be on a specific assignment (as employee or agent) for the organization to which this credential is issued. It is non transferable. Any unauthorized use of this credential subjects bearer to ejection from the Webster Hall venue and prosecution as a criminal trespasser.

Any videotapeing of the “Black & Blue Ball 13 - EVOLUTION” will be limited to the main stage and authorized filming areas only in accordance with the terms provided before June 1nd, 2006. You are not permitted, by terms of this credential or otherwise, to use equipment capable of recording audio or visual images to record the “Black & Blue Ball 13 - EVOLUTION” or any portion thereof. Television and radio stations may use excerpts of the “Black & Blue Ball 13 - EVOLUTION” only in the manner and on the terms and conditions set forth in the advisory. Any other use requires prior specific written approval from Leda and/or Carrie of Arena Studios.

The use of any photograph, film, tape or drawing of the “Black & Blue Ball 13 - EVOLUTION”, interviews with participants, or any other activities taken or made by the accredited organization of the individual for whom this credential has been issued in or around the Avalon venue on the date of the “Black & Blue Ball 13 - EVOLUTION” shall be limited to industry news and/or promotional coverage of the “Black & Blue Ball 13 - EVOLUTION” by the organization to which this credential is issued unless expressly authorized in writing by Leda and/or Carrie of Arena Studios.

This credential may be revoked at any time by Leda and/or Carrie of Arena Studios. All ownership, copyright and property rights including electronic rights in the “Black & Blue Ball 13 - EVOLUTION” and any telecast thereof shall remain the sole property of Arena Studios and no such rights are conferred or intended to be conferred or created on behalf of any other person or entity by the issuance of this credential.

The bearer of this credential and his or her employer assume all risk incidental to the performance by the bearer of his or her services and assume all risks incident to attending the “Black & Blue Ball 13 - EVOLUTION” agrees to indemnity and hold harmless Arena Studios, it’s agents and employees from and against all liability, loss, damage or expense resulting from or arising out of his or her presence at the Avalon venue .

Acceptance of this credential constitutes agreement by the bearer and his or her organization to abide the foregoing conditions. Bearer subject to litigation if rules of media notification are not complied with on the premises or by written contract with Arena Studios.
